Jeremy D. Correia, MBA

Jeremy D. Correia is a U.S. Army Veteran having served as a Combat Infantryman with the 7th Infantry Division Light out of Ft. Ord, California. His unit was part of the invasion forces into Panama and he is also a recipient of the Southwest Asia Service Medal, which was awarded for support of Operation Desert Storm during the first Gulf War.  After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army, Mr. Correia began his college career in Miami and ultimately earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Florida State University.  He worked with college and professional athletes as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and as an Athletic Trainer for a number of years.  Teams he has represented include Miami-Dade Community College Baseball, Florida State University Football, University of Central Florida Football, and the Montreal Expos Player Development Department.

He chose to move away from athletics and into the real estate industry in 2005 when he took a position as a mortgage broker while attending graduate school.  He has earned an MBA in Marketing & a Graduate Certificate in Accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Management.  He has since also held positions as a residential real estate broker and as a commercial real estate appraiser.

Jeremy has completed all of the required courses for CCIM and the Accredited Land Consultant Designations.  He is currently working on his portfolio of qualifying experience in order to sit for their respective exams.  He has also taken numerous courses with the Appraisal Institute and is a student of the Urban Land Institute's real estate development curriculum.
