Correia Commercial was established in 2007 by business entrepreneur Jeremy D. Correia, MBA who is currently its Team Leader and Broker. Mr. Correia has worked with Coldwell Banker Commercial in the Clermont, FL market and then for Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL in the Tampa, FL market. The firm was independent, but most recently decided to re-launch as a team under the Keller Williams Commercial brand working out of the Downtown St. Petersburg, FL office. The team covers most of Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, the I-4 Corridor into Orlando, and other regions when opportunities present themselves. Mr. Correia was worked on land deals and project re-structuring deals around the State of Florida stretching as far north as St. Augustine, FL and as far south as West Palm Beach, FL. Mr. Correia has had assignments with institutions such as Bank of America and a private equity fund that purchased a $17 billion portfolio of assets from the FDIC.

Our primary focus is on land and industrial properties along the I-4 corridor as well as pursuing various designated areas within the Tampa Bay and Central Florida markets while fostering relationships with users and investors that may need our services in specific regions in order to meet their current needs.
